Our service desk supports companies with metalworking machines, tools and accessories, and trains machine operators. Training is available as group or individual courses, including at machine builders' training centres for FANUC, SIEMENS and CYBELEC controls.
We also supply spare parts and consumables for beveling, gas, plasma, laser and chip-cutting machines, sell and sharpen guillotine shear blades, supply press brake tooling (including special tools), evaluate the technical condition of second-hand machines, and offer maintenance contracts after an initial inspection.
The service desk is open Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 19:00 (GMT+2), with after-hours voicemail for emergencies.
