This website is operated by VONDARSOUN SIA (Reg. No. 40103383624, VAT LV40103383624, Riga, Latvia) and VONDARSOUN OU (Reg. No. 12559540, VAT EE101674335, Tallinn, Estonia), together “Vondarsoun”. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Information on this site
Machine descriptions, images and manufacturer information are provided for general guidance. Specifications, options, availability and delivery times can change and are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices are given on request.
3. Quote requests
Sending a quote request does not create a purchase obligation for either party. We will contact you using the details you provide. Please give accurate information.
4. Used machines
Used machines are described as published by the seller or inspected by us and are sold as stated in the quotation. We recommend a technical inspection before purchase; we can arrange one.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text and logos belong to Vondarsoun or are used with permission. Brand names, logos, product photographs and catalogues belong to their respective manufacturers. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy or republish the content without permission.
6. Links and third parties
Links to manufacturer or other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
