How Vondarsoun collects, uses and protects your personal data.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by VONDARSOUN SIA (registration no. 40103383624, Valdeku str. 53-234, Riga, LV-1058, Latvia) together with VONDARSOUN OU (registration no. 12559540, 72A Kadaka str., office 230, 12618 Harjumaa, Tallinn, Estonia). Both companies act as joint controllers for the personal data described below. Contact for all privacy matters: info@vondarsoun.lv.
2. What data we collect and why

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful (anonymised IP, no advertising use). Google acts as our processor. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies and we do not sell personal data.
3. Who receives your data
Sales and service staff of both companies. Service providers that act on our instructions, such as website hosting, email delivery and (when enabled) our customer-relationship system. We do not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. If a provider does so, we will rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
Quote requests and related correspondence are kept while we are discussing a purchase and for up to three years after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, documents are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short period (normally no more than 90 days).
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@vondarsoun.lv; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Latvia the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the authority of your own country.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it, and forms are protected against automated abuse.
