The MONOTEC plasma cutting machine is a very robust CNC controlled machine. It cuts steel, stainless steel and aluminum from 0,5 – 20 mm with a 100A conventional air plasma power source.

The MONOTEC is delivered as “plug & cut” machine: the rails and the cutting table are integrated. The compact design provides a rigid and stable construction with a minimum floor space needed. The design, with sections, of the cutting table allows maximum smoke extraction possible. The positioning accuracy is guaranteed by AC servo motors with planetary gears mounted directly on a linear guide with racks and gears. A reliable system with backlash-free transmissions and positioning speeds up to 20.000 mm / min.
