The result is a high-power fiber laser machine that is equipped with IPG manufactured oscillator and using in-house development of a special cutting head for thick steel plates, combined with the unique TPS (Transformer Production System) technologie. TPS provides shuttle, housing, stocker and various other modules, so cutting machines can be taillored for customer needs. The fiber laser oscillation structure is simple and provides extremly efficient oscillation. It is able to reduce maintenance costs by fewer external optical devices and decreases the electronic power use by 70% compared with the CO2 laser. It can reduce the total running costs more than 50%. Thus, good economic efficiency, power conservation and CO2 emissions reduction becomes possible with the new fiber laser machine FIBERTEC.
